Return & Refund Policy

Every ShirtDroid product is custom-made to order — printed just for you, based on the design you approve. Because of that, returns work differently than at a regular store. This policy explains when we can and can't refund or replace an order. ShirtDroid is a trade name of Bright City Labs, LLC.
All sales are final — with a quality guarantee
Since each item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or give refunds for change-of-mind reasons, such as:
- you decided you don't want it after it's made;
- you chose the wrong size or color at checkout; or
- the AI design looked different than you imagined (this is why we show you a proof to approve before you pay — the approved proof is what we print).
What we do stand behind is the quality of what we make. We'll replace or refund your order (our choice) if:
- the item arrived with a defect or print error;
- you received the wrong item; or
- the item was damaged in transit.
How to start a claim
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo showing the problem (and your order number). The easiest way is to reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photo, or start through our contact form and we'll follow up for the photo. That's it — you don't need to mail anything back. Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Please don't wait past 14 days — our production partner only honors quality claims for a limited window, so we can't process claims reported after that.
Wrong address or undeliverable packages
You confirm your shipping address at checkout, so please double-check it. If a package is undeliverable or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, that's not covered by the quality guarantee. We can re-ship it, but you'll be responsible for the reshipment cost.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it usually takes about 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we issue it.
Canceling an order
Because items are made to order, you can cancel for a full refund only before your order enters production. Once production starts, the order can't be canceled — it's already being made for you. To request a cancellation, reach us through our contact form as soon as possible.
