How does ordering work?

You upload a photo and tell us what you'd like, our system creates a design using AI, and you review a proof. When you're happy with the proof, you check out — and we print and ship your custom item.

How long until I get my order?

There are two parts: production (about 2–5 business days, since each item is made to order) plus US shipping (about 3–5 business days). Most orders arrive in roughly 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

The design didn't look how I expected. Can I get a refund?

The design is AI-generated, so results vary — which is exactly why we show you a proof to approve before you pay. The product is printed from the proof you approve, so please review it carefully (including spelling and layout) before checking out. We can't refund change-of-mind orders, but we absolutely stand behind quality — see the next question.

Something's wrong with my order. What do I do?

If your item arrived with a defect or print error, is the wrong item, or was damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number — just reply to your order confirmation email (you can attach the photo there) or use our contact form and we'll follow up for the photo. We'll replace it or refund you — and you don't need to mail anything back. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production. Once production starts, it can't be changed or canceled, because it's already being made for you. Reach us quickly through our contact form if you need to cancel.

Is my photo safe? What happens to it?

Your photo is used only to create your design. It's sent to our AI providers solely to generate your artwork — they don't use it to train their AI models, and there's no facial recognition. We delete your uploaded photo within 90 days of fulfilling your order, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

What can I upload?

Photos you own or have permission to use. If a person is shown, you need their consent; if a child is shown, you need to be their parent or guardian (or have the guardian's permission). Please don't upload copyrighted images, logos, or other people's photos without permission. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
