Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect when it comes to getting your ShirtDroid order to your door. ShirtDroid is a trade name of Bright City Labs, LLC.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. (Our website is available worldwide, but we can't ship internationally yet.)
How long it takes
Your delivery time has two separate parts, and it helps to think of them added together:
- Production time — about 2–5 business days. Because every item is made to order, it has to be printed before it can ship. This happens before the package is handed to the carrier.
- Shipping time — depends on the speed you choose (see below).
Choosing a faster shipping speed speeds up the carrier part, not the production part.
Shipping options
You choose your shipping speed in the cart before you pay.
- Standard — a flat rate shown at checkout. Carrier transit is about 3–4 business days, so most Standard orders arrive in roughly 5–9 business days from the time you order.
- Express — delivered by a courier (FedEx/DHL) in about 1–3 business days of transit, so most Express orders arrive in roughly 3–8 business days total. Express pricing is calculated live for your ZIP code when you select it in the cart, and the exact arrival dates are shown before you pay.
Express requires a phone number. The courier needs it for delivery, so we collect a phone number at checkout only when you choose Express.
These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods, holidays, carrier delays, or weather can affect timing. Express shortens the shipping leg only; it does not speed up production.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way, and you can always see the latest status on your order page.
Undeliverable or returned packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we can re-ship it, but you'll be responsible for the reshipment cost. (Returned packages are held for 30 days.)
