Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect when it comes to getting your ShirtDroid order to your door. ShirtDroid is a trade name of Bright City Labs, LLC.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. (Our website is available worldwide, but we can't ship internationally yet.)
How long it takes
Your delivery time has two separate parts, and it helps to think of them added together:
- Production time — about 2–5 business days. Because every item is made to order, it has to be printed before it can ship. This happens before the package is handed to the carrier.
- Shipping time — about 3–5 business days within the US once it ships.
So most US orders arrive in roughly 1 to 2 weeks from the time you order. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods, carrier delays, or weather can affect timing.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate of [FLAT SHIPPING RATE], shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Undeliverable or returned packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we can re-ship it, but you'll be responsible for the reshipment cost. (Returned packages are held for 30 days.)
